Ten Costly Mistakes ...And Which Way the Fix Runs
We’ve made every mistake there is to make running a martial arts school, and we will make more. Ten of them cost us real money.
This guide takes them in Eliot’s order, from the mat to the front desk to the people you hire, and says what each one costs and which way the fix runs.
It finishes with one page to score your own school, so you know which mistake to fix first.
